A primeira etapa consistir\u00e1 no levantamento bibliogr\u00e1fico de artigos, livros, disserta\u00e7\u00f5es e teses do campo psi (Psicologia, Psican\u00e1lise, Psicologia Social) sobre rela\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e9tnico- raciais, programas de a\u00e7\u00e3o afirmativa, pol\u00edticas de perman\u00eancia estudantil, bem viver e bem-estar subjetivo. A segunda etapa envolve realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de estudo transversal interrompido com aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de escala de Bem-Estar Subjetivo junto a estudantes, em tr\u00eas momentos distintos: no in\u00edcio, no meio e ao final do curso de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o ou p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o, visando identificar tend\u00eancias nos \u00edndices de bem-estar subjetivo ao longo do per\u00edodo de conviv\u00eancia na universidade. Na terceira etapa ser\u00e3o realizadas entrevistas individuais com estudantes negros identificados na segunda etapa. A inten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 apreender aspectos da viv\u00eancia dos negros no ambiente acad\u00eamico e os elementos que podem contribuir para o bem viver desta popula\u00e7\u00e3o neste ambiente. A quarta etapa envolve a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de entrevistas em grupo, denominadas de grupos focais, com estudantes negros identificados na segunda e terceira etapas. A inten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 apreender as concep\u00e7\u00f5es de bem viver no ambiente acad\u00eamico, como lidam com as situa\u00e7\u00f5es de preconceito e discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o vividas neste ambiente e o suporte oferecido por suas fam\u00edlias para garantia de bem estar e em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 continuidade dos estudos. A conclus\u00e3o da pesquisa, por sua vez, envolve a difus\u00e3o dos resultados produzidos pelo estudo atrav\u00e9s da realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de semin\u00e1rios na USP, apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de trabalhos em eventos cient\u00edficos e publica\u00e7\u00e3o de manuscritos na forma de artigos e cap\u00edtulos de livro. O projeto ser\u00e1 submetido ao Comit\u00ea de \u00c9tica em Pesquisa com Seres Humanos do Instituto de Psicologia da USP e tem como meta contribuir para a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de pesquisadores e psic\u00f3logos que nas suas v\u00e1rias frentes de trabalho t\u00eam sido interpelados pela constru\u00e7\u00e3o sociocultural das diferen\u00e7as e desigualdades.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Palavras chaves<\/strong>: Rela\u00e7\u00f5es \u00c9tnico-Raciais; Estudantes Universit\u00e1rios; A\u00e7\u00f5es Afirmativas; Bem-Viver; Bem Estar Subjetivo; Estudo de Caso.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Abstract<\/strong>: This exploratory descriptive research, conducted in four stages, aims to describe and analyze the limits and possibilities for the Good-Living of black students in institutions of higher education, investigating, among other aspects, Subjective Well-Being, episodes of prejudice and discrimination in the academic environment, the forms of student organization within the university, the support of the family. The first stage will consist of a bibliographical survey of articles, books, dissertations and theses of the Psychology field (Psychology, Psychoanalysis, Social Psychology) on ethnic-racial relations, affirmative action programs, student assistance policies, Good-Living and Subjective Well-Being (SWB). The second stage involves carrying out a cross-sectional study, with the application of a SWB scale to students, in three different moments: at the beginning, middle and end of the undergraduate or postgraduate course, aiming to identify trends in the indexes of SWB during the period they stay in university. In the third stage, individual interviews will be conducted with black students identified in the second stage. The intention is to understand aspects of the black experience in the academic environment and the elements that can contribute to the Good-Living of this population in this environment. The fourth stage involves group interviews, called focus groups, with black students identified in the second and third stages. The intention is to understand the concepts of living well in the academic environment, how they deal with the situations of prejudice and discrimination lived in this environment and the support offered by their families to guarantee well-being and in relation to the continuity of studies. The conclusion of the research involves the dissemination of the results produced by the study through seminars at USP, presentations in congress and publications.
